Turnaround Time

Our standard processing time is 2–4 weeks. During periods of high order volume, processing may extend to 4–6 weeks. This allows us to maintain the level of craftsmanship and attention your order deserves.

Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:

• No refunds
• No exchanges
• No cancellations

Estimated Delivery

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. If a package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will be required before the order can be sent again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occur. Purchasing from our store means you acknowledge and accept possible shipping delays that are beyond our control.
